Whitney (she/her) is the current Grants and Development Manager for Strategic Energy Innovations, an environmental nonprofit that builds leaders to accelerate climate solutions through education and workforce development programming.

She has a background in youth development, food justice, community health and environmental sectors. This work has allowed her to understand the intersections of complex social and environmental issues.

​Over 13+ years in the nonprofit field she has learned hard skills in grant writing, development, contracts management, program operations, strategic planning, budget management, and evaluation.

She is passionate about applying her skill set toward the creation of a more equitable world where our shared systems prioritize the needs of people and the planet over profit.
