For the past 15 years, I have worked in a variety of behavioral health and public health settings to conduct community engagement, strategic planning, program evaluation, performance/quality improvement, and grant/proposal writing projects. My work has led me to develop into a collaborative, flexible, efficient, and intuitive team member who works to support agencies to operate in a closer approximation to their ideal. I am passionate about improving the lives of those in my community by working with institutions to better understand the community’s needs, to consider the realm of possible interventions given both the resources available and regulatory environment in which they operate, and to utilize the community’s vision as the driver to designing innovative health services.
